An Event That Changed My Life Narrative Essay

There are several factors in life that may alter a person’s destiny. It has the potential to make a good or bad influence on someone’s life. It is usually better to have a beneficial influence, though. Receiving Jesus as my savior has been for me a wonderful experience with a positive impact that changed my life forever.

It was on September 3, 1995 when I received Jesus into my life and it has been the best decision that I have ever made.

I was raised in a Christian home and went to church every Sunday but I never really understood what it meant to be a Christian. When I was eleven years old, I went to a youth camp with my church and that is when it all changed for me. The speaker at the camp talked about how we needed to have a personal relationship with Jesus and that we could not just rely on our parents or grandparents faith. That is when I realized that I had never really asked Jesus into my life and made Him the Lord of my life.

So, I went forward that night to ask Jesus into my life and ever since then my life has been different. Of course, I am not perfect and I still sin but now I have the Holy Spirit living inside of me to help guide me and give me strength. Christ has changed my life forever and I am so thankful for His sacrifice on the cross. If you have never asked Jesus into your life, I encourage you to do so today. It will be the best decision that you will ever make. My life has been radically changed by Jesus and I know that He can do the same for you!

I’m a new man, and I have a clear vision for my life. I also have an amazing church that I attend and a fantastic church family who is always there to support me. Many people transform because to the company they keep or the activities they engage in. Jesus has changed me as a person, and I am now devoted to God’s laws.

I have changed because I am happy with who I am and do not need to worry about what other people think of me. If you ask anyone that knows me, they would say that I am a different person than I was before Christ.

I grew up in a small town and life seemed pretty good. My family went to church every Sunday but I never really understood what it meant to have a personal relationship with Jesus. In high school, I started hanging out with a new group of friends and doing things that I knew were wrong. I stopped going to church and became involved in drugs and alcohol. life seemed like it was spiraling out of control but i didn’t care. i was having ‘fun’ and didn’t want anything to change.

One night, I was at a party and things got out of hand. There was a fight and someone pulled out a gun. I was shot in the leg and ended up in the hospital. That was when I realized that life was too short to keep living like I was. I didn’t want to die without knowing where I would spend eternity.

I asked Jesus to come into my life and forgive me of my sins. Since then, my life has completely changed. I am no longer controlled by drugs and alcohol, and I have found true happiness in living for Christ. The event that has changed my life is giving my life to Christ. If you are looking for true change in your life, give your life to Christ and you will never regret it.

My life is forever changed because I stopped laughing at what was filthy. He has altered my perspective; previously, I just didn’t care about anything. Previously, I used to be proud and self-centered, but not any more. My view of humanity has improved greatly since then. The Bible has truly transformed me; it’s the only thing that matters to me now. Simply acknowledging God in my life changes him as well as me deeply.

We can all freely choose how we want to live our lives, but God has chosen for us what is best. I have discovered true purpose and it’s the only one that matters in my life, and it comes from God. He will always lead you in the proper direction, no matter what you face. He has guided me to where I should attend college. He has also directed me toward a major that interests me: childhood development and family services.

I know that through my life experiences and what I have been through that God has given me a heart for working with kids. I want to work with kids so they can have hope and a future. I also know that God has called me to help others who are going through the same thing that I went through when it comes to family life and going through different struggles in life.
