Everything Happens For A Reason Essay

Have you ever heard the phrase “things happen for a reason?” I am a firm believer in this statement. I believe that if I didn’t make the decisions I made in high school, I wouldn’t be where I am today. When I was in high school, I made some poor judgments that resulted in me being suspended and required to study at home.

This caused a lot of problems in my family because I was the first one to get kicked out and they didn’t know how to handle it. My mom was really upset with me and we stopped talking for a while. It wasn’t until I got my GED and started community college that we started talking again. If I hadn’t gotten kicked out of high school, I wouldn’t have been motivated to get my GED and go to college.

If it weren’t for my bad choices, I wouldn’t have been able to see how much my family loved me and wanted me to succeed. They always believed in me even when I didn’t believe in myself. Even though I made some mistakes, everything happens for a reason. Because of my choices, I was able to learn from them and become a better person. I am now graduated from college and have a great job. I am so grateful for everything that has happened in my life, good and bad.

Everything happens for a reason, so don’t be discouraged if you make some bad choices. You can always learn from your mistakes and become a better person because of them. Trust that everything happens for a reason and let go of the past. Live in the present moment and be grateful for what you have. Everything happens for a reason, so embrace it!

I had no friends because I didn’t believe anyone cared to check up on me. I did meet new pals while taking home studies, but they were on a different path than the one I wanted to travel. They were a bad influence, but I had already learned my lesson. However, I did have a high school pal who called me every day and messaged me, and who still wanted to hang out with me.

Even though we went to different schools, we made time for each other. And I know that everything happens for a reason because if I didn’t go through all those hard times, I wouldn’t have realized who my true friends were. So now, I cherish the relationships that I have and am thankful for the friends that I do have. Everything happens for a reason, and sometimes it takes going through tough times to realize what or who is really important in your life.

Love is one of the most important things in our lives. It is what makes us happy and fills us with joy. But sometimes, love can be hard. We can get our heart broken or we can be hurt by someone we thought we loved. But even though love can be tough, it is worth it. Because without love, we would be empty. Love is what makes us human and it is what connects us to each other. We all need love in our lives, and that is why everything happens for a reason.

Sergio became my closest buddy when I had a problem or was stressed. He was my go-to guy whenever I needed someone to talk to, even though he never really advised me unless I asked him and that’s what some people want sometimes: someone just to listen and not criticize them for the blunders they’ve made. Although he did tell me that he was disappointed in my decisions that resulted in my banishment.

Sergio and I met in the most unlikeliest of places which was detention, we both got sent there for different reasons he for being disruptive in class and me for not having my ID on me. From that day on we talked to each other every single day and became best friends, even though our time together in person was limited since we had different lunch periods.

The reason why I’m telling you this story is because it goes to show that everything happens for a reason. If I never got expelled from my previous school, then I would have never met Sergio and formed such a strong friendship with him. So the next time something bad happens to you, just remember that everything happens for a reason and it might even lead you to something good.

As the year drew to a close, I had the option of continuing on home studies and graduating a year ahead or returning to high school at that moment when I just missed interacting with people I wouldn’t have otherwise. When I returned to school, I ran into Sergio, who informed me where my classes would be since I’d forgotten where the rooms were. My former pals had distanced themselves in terms of closeness before my expulsions, but they had now become strangers.

As I was getting to know new people at school one day. Sergio had invited me to go eat lunch with him and his friends, which before I would always go by my self.

I was really happy to have been invited but then all of the sudden something really weird happened, Sergio’s friends were all talking about a girl that he liked and how they would do anything to make sure that she would like him back. They talked about how they should spy on her and find out what kind of things she likes so that Sergio could do the same things and make her fall for him. Sergio didn’t say anything he just smiled and then I realized something, I never knew if Sergio had actually liked me as a friend or if he just used me as a way to get to the girl he liked.

I was so hurt because I thought that we had been such good friends and I never realized that he was just using me. After that day I stopped talking to Sergio and his friends, I didn’t want anything to do with people who would use others just to get what they wanted.

This experience made me realize that not everything happens for a reason, sometimes people will come into your life and take advantage of you without you even realizing it. You might think that you have found a true friend but in reality they are just using you for their own benefit. Be careful who you trust and always be aware of the motives of the people around you. Everything doesn’t always happen for a reason, sometimes bad things just happen.
