Nursing is a career that is both challenging and rewarding. It takes a special person to be a nurse, someone who is compassionate, caring, and dedicated. Nursing is more than just a job, it’s a calling. I became a nurse because I wanted to make a difference in the lives of others.
I have always been drawn to helping others, and nursing provides me with the opportunity to do just that. Every day, I get to interact with patients and their families, and help them through some of the most difficult times in their lives. I am grateful for the opportunity to make such a positive impact on the lives of others.
Nursing is a demanding profession, but it is also one of the most rewarding. I am proud to be a nurse and I would not trade it for anything in the world.
Since a family member became ill and the nurse inspired me, I’ve long dreamed of becoming a nurse. I had to quit school at fourteen owing to issues that meant I was unable to continue my education. At the age of nineteen, I knew that I needed to change my life around, so I enrolled in college to take Maths and English GCSE exams.
After I had successfully completed my GCSEs, I took a Access to Nursing course. This was an eighteen month long course which would give me the UCAS points needed to apply to university to study Nursing.
I remember being so nervous on my first day of college, but quickly settled in as everyone was so friendly. I enjoyed all of the different aspects of Nursing we studied, from the practical skills such as how to take someone’s blood pressure, to the more academic side such as learning about different diseases and treatments. My tutor was amazing and really inspired me to pursue a career in Nursing.
After successfully completing my Access course, I applied to university and secured a place to study Adult Nursing. I am now in my second year and absolutely love it! I am so grateful to have found a career that I am passionate about. Nursing is such a rewarding profession, and I am looking forward to qualifying and making a difference to people’s lives.
Nursing is a rewarding and difficult profession that I believe draws me to it the most. The prospect of assisting people in an ever-changing environment where no two days are alike appeals to me. I realize that nursing is a demanding career, but the benefits make it worth every effort. After seeing the compassion and care exhibited by nurses in my family towards their patients, I became interested in nursing.
They were always so patient and kind, even in the most challenging situations. This is something I aspire to be in my own career. Nursing is a field where I can truly make a difference in the lives of others and that is something that is very important to me.
I am excited to begin my journey as a nurse and I am confident that it will be a rewarding experience. Thank you for considering me for this program. I am eager to get started and learn all that I can. Nursing is a fascinating field and I cannot wait to see where my career takes me.
I’ve done a few high-profile events, such as the London Olympics, the London marathon, and the Regent Street Christmas Lights Switch On, which have given me excellent teamwork and communication skills. However, I also volunteered at my local community in youth clubs as a youth support volunteer where I assisted the person who ran the club to teach children from diverse backgrounds how to make friends by sharing my knowledge and abilities to assist them instruct on baking.
I am still in contact with some of the young people I used to work with, and they have told me that I was a big influence on their lives.
I have always been interested in health care, and after doing some research, I discovered that nursing was the perfect career for me. Nursing is a challenging and demanding profession, but it is also extremely rewarding. I enjoy working with people, and I am passionate about making a difference in people’s lives.
I am currently studying for my degree in Nursing at the University of XYZ, and I am loving every minute of it. I am learning so much, and I am excited to start my career as a nurse. I know that nursing will be a demanding profession, but I am ready for the challenge. I am looking forward to making a difference in people’s lives.
Volunteering is something I enjoy, and I’ve volunteered at Evelina Children’s Hospital, where I demonstrated patients how to use the self-check in machines and showed them where they should go. In addition, I’m currently a combat medical technician in the United States Army Reserves, where I’ll assist a team in ensuring that soldiers are fit and healthy enough to complete their duties and administer first aid to anyone who comes into their care during times of emergency.
I have always wanted to have a career in which I can make a difference to people’s lives and I believe that being a nurse will allow me to do this.
I am interested in all aspects of nursing but I am particularly keen on working with children. This is because I have seen firsthand the difference that nurses can make to the lives of sick children and their families. I believe that every child deserves the best possible care and I want to be able to provide this as a nurse.
I am also passionate about promoting health and wellbeing. Nursing offers me the opportunity to not only care for patients who are unwell, but also to educate them about how they can stay healthy. This is something that I feel is important, as it empowers patients to take control of their own health and make positive choices that will improve their lives.
I am excited about the prospect of a career in nursing and I am confident that I have the skills, qualities and motivation to succeed. I am looking forward to learning more about this rewarding profession and making a difference to the lives of those who need our care.
